This property came onto the market because of structural problems that made it rather unattractive to builders.  The scheme involved underpinning the foundations on the front corner in order to stabilise the walls and bringing the interior up to a high standard of decorative order.  Exterior pointing, the restoration of appropriate period windows and doors and painting completed the scheme.
